Helping people with Online and Telephone Counselling for a wide range of difficulties

Firstly, thank you for stopping by my page. My name is Matt. I am a fully qualified and insured counsellor offering online and telephone sessions from my office in the Wirral.

There will be times when life burdens each one of us with pressures or difficulties. these can be personal struggles such as difficulties with anxiety or self-belief as well as challenges in our relationships, stress at work, or we may experience a significant life event that means we start to feel ‘stuck’.

Friends and family can sometimes help, but often we will tell different parts to different people. Counselling will give you the opportunity to say and explore everything you need to in one space.

It can be daunting to reach out and seek help. It can also be tough if you’re not sure if counselling is the right path for you to go down.

I offer a free, no-pressure telephone call to explore whether counselling is right for you as well as allowing you to ask any questions. If you would like to chat, please click the button below and select a time that works for you.

I am a firm believer that one of the most important things for counselling to work is that you are a match with your counsellor and this phone call can give you a good indication if counselling will be right for you as well as if we will be right to work together.
